The problems about traditional MIS,enterprise LAN and the trend of MIS being changed into Intranet are analysed.Based on the principal of maximum economy and maximum efficiency,an Intranet constructing solution suitable for medium and small sized enterprises with respects to the method enterprises connected to Internet,the topology of Intranet and the software configurations of both the server side and client side are provided.
