With the widely use of electronic equipment and instrument, electromagnetic radiation has become one of the most important pollutions nowadays. Electromagnetic radiation is classified into two kinds： natural and man-made, and seriously damage and affect human production and living. Electromagnetic radiation should be given proper due from the aspects of administration, scientific technology and personal life.
