摘要
[目的]通过参加水中氨氮、挥发酚的检测能力验证,进一步总结经验,提高水质检测水平。[方法]采用《生活饮用水标准检验方法·无机非金属指标》(GB/T5750.5—2006)纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮、《生活饮用水标准检验方法·感观现状和物理指标》(GB/T5750.4—2006)氨基安替吡啉三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法测定挥发酚。以Z比分值来评价和判定检测结果。[结果]本实验室氨氮测定数据实验室间Z比分值(ZB)为0.35,实验室内Z比分值(ZW)为0.22,挥发酚测定数据ZB值为-1.12,ZW值为0.54,| Z |均≤2,二项能力验证结果均为满意。[结论]在本次水中氨氮、挥发酚能力验证活动中,通过采用标准样品进行实验室内部质量控制,严格按方法要求配制试剂和操作,用超纯水仪处理实验用水,控制空白值等关键点,可以获得满意结果。
[ Objective ] To further improve the water testing capability through a proficiency test of ammonia and volatile phenol in water. [ Methods ] The level of ammonia was tested by a Nessler speetrophotometry and the level of phenol was tested by a 4-AAP-ehloroform extraction spectrophotometry. Z-score was used to evaluateand predicate test results. [ Results ] In the ammonia test, the Z-score of tests among laboratories ( ZB )was 0.35 and the Z-score of tests within the same laboratory (ZW) was 0.22; in the phenol test, ZB was -1.12 and ZW was 0.54. It indicated that both tests met the proficiency requirement( both | Z | ≤2 ). [ Conclusion ] The proficiency tests suggestion couple of key issues in laboratory management, such as internal quality control procedure, reagents' preparation and operation, purified water and blank controls.
