Vocational Education Conglomeration:Value,Barrier and Breakthrough

职教集团作为校企合作的平台,以平等自愿、互惠互利为原则,汇集和有效运作优质教育资源,推进高等职业教育内涵建设,然而,在职教集团在深化发展中遭遇了种种阻滞现象。面对高等职业教育教学改革的不断深化和企业转型的现状,校企双方应在科学发展观的指导下,进一步强化体制机制建设,职教集团发展将会实现新突破。

The vocational education conglomeration,a platform for cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,assembles and makes efficient use of educational resources on the principle of voluntary participation,equality and mutual benefit,thus promoting the connotation construction of higher vocational education.However,there exist some barriers in the further development of vocational education conglomeration.To overcome the barriers,both the college and enterprise should face the challenges of vocational education reforms and industrial transition,and enhance the construction of system and mechanism under the outlook of scientific development.
