借鉴台湾精致农业模式建设社会主义新农村的思考——以河南省光山县为例

Taiwan's Precision Agriculture Model and a Reflection on Construction of a New Socialist Countryside:A Case Study

建设社会主义新农村,农业发展是关键,农民增收是核心,农业仍然是现阶段农民收入的重要来源。河南省县域农业能否实现可持续发展既直接影响全省农业和县域经济的发展,也是进一步推进新农村建设的基础。因此,从理论与实践相结合的角度,借鉴精致农业成功的发展经验,研究河南光山县社会主义新农村建设问题,具有现实意义。

The development of agricultural economy and the steady increase of farmers＇ income are crucial to the construction of a new Socialist countryside,and farmers＇ income mostly comes from agricultural production.The sustainable development of county agriculture in Henan Province has a favorable influence on the provincial agricultural economy and county economy,hence,the basis for the construction of a new countryside.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the issue of constructing Guangshan County into a new countryside by making good use of successful precision agriculture and integrating theory with practice.This paper suggests the way to developing Guangshan County＇s precision agriculture.
