摘要
提出了一种利用电网电压的交流采样值测量电力系统频率的新算法⒚该算法响应时间短，测量精度高。
A new method based on sampling data is presented to measure frequency of power systems.By this method,not only the speed of calculation is accelerated,but also the accuracy of measurement is improved.The method is especially suitable for real time measurement.Its feasibility and effectiveness have been demonstrated by the results of simulation calculation and practical application.
