摘要
采用金属醇盐羟化法制备了纳米氧化锡(Ⅳ)粉末,并研究了粉末的结构特性⒚这一制备纳米金属氧化物粉末的新技术具有设备与流程简单,成本低,污染小,产品纯度高(99.9 % ),平均粒径小(8 nm ),颗粒均一。
Nanometer SnO 2 powder was prepared by the hydroxylation method of metal alcoxides.The structural characterizations of the powder were studied.The technique has many advantages:simple flow sheet and equipment,low cost,little pollution,high purity(99.9 %) of the product,fine powder of uniform size (8 nm) and good optical and electric properties of the powder.
