高校党内监督工作新模式探析

从高校党的组织结构看,党委、基层党组织和党员三者的地位、作用和职能既有区别,又存在有机联系,共同构成党内监督的完整体系。加强党内监督应该从高校党的组织结构特点入手,针对高校党委权力之重,加强权力运行的监督;针对高校基层党组织责任之实,加强对其政治核心和战斗堡垒作用发挥的监督;针对高校党员主体地位之要,加强保持共产党员先进性的监督,从而构建起科学完善、结构明晰、重点突出、功能互补的高校党内监督工作模式。

In the party organizations structure at colleges and universities,the roles of party committee,grass-roots party branches,and party members are different and connected,and has made up a perfect system of inspection in party organizations.To strengthen inspection in the party organizations,the characteristics of party organizations structure at colleges and universities should be taken as the basis.In view of the important power of party committee,the inspection of power operation should be strengthened.In view of the responsibility of grass-roots party branches,the inspection of giving full play to their role of political core and fighting bastion should be strengthened.In view of party members′ subject status,the inspection to maintain the advanced nature of party members should be strengthened.Thus a scientific and perfect mode of inspection in party organizations with clear structure and key points,mutual supplementary function has been set up at colleges and universities.
