独立学院大学生素质发展态势研究——以金山学院为例

Study on the development of independent college students′quality——Taking Jinshan College,FAFU,as a case

应用多因素方差分析对金山学院大学生素质调查数据进行分析,结果表明,金山学院大学生素质发展态势受到地区、教育、性别与教育的交互作用3个因素的影响,通过对影响金山学院大学生素质发展态势的因素进行原因剖析,针对性地提出独立学院大学生素质培养的3点建议。

This paper applies the multi-factor ANOVA to analyze the cruising data about quality of Jinshan College students at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the results show that,the development of Jinshan College students′quality is impacted by the three factors such as area,education,the interaction between gender and education.According to analysis of the reasons of the factors which have effect on the development of Jinshan College students′ quality,three proposals about raising quality of the independent college students are put forward.
