摘要
民事诉讼法学是教育部确定的法学十二门核心课程之一,也是广大法学专业学生必修的主干课程。高校法学教师如何教好民事诉讼法学,法学专业学生如何学好民事诉讼法学,一直都是法学教育者和学生十分关注的话题。就教师而言,要做到复杂的理论问题简单化,简单化了的知识体系化;就学生而言,要把老师整理形成的体系化的知识记住化,然后再学会把记住化了的知识运用化。
Civil procedure law is one of the 20 curriculums established by the Ministry of Education and it is also an required main course of law students.For teachers and students,the topic of civil procedure law has been discussed a lot.The paper summarized experiences on how to teach and learn the civil procedure law systematically and put forward some advice on how to simplify the complicated theory into a simple one for teachers and how to keep the conclusion the teacher taught in minds for students.
