民族高等院校教师继续教育问题探析

On Problems of Further Education for Teachers in National Universities

教师的教育教学水平直接决定学校的办学质量和办学水平,民族高等院校的师资队伍构成有其特殊性,继续教育也应有其自己的特色,学校应该通过倡导教师自我培训、有计划地选派教师进修、积极组织教师参与学术科研研修、利用现有资源开展校本培训等多种途径满足教师多样化、多层次的继续教育需求,提高教师队伍的整体水平,确保民族院校的教育教学质量,更好地为民族地区和民族地区的发展服务。

The ability and quality of teachers defines directly the quality of school education.The constitution of the teachers in national universities should has its own particularity.In those universities,further education for teachers should also have its own characteristics.A variety of measures should be taken too meet the needs of teachers for diversified further education.In this way,the overall quality and competence of teachers can be improved and the educational quality can be promoted in national areas.
