人力资源背景下普通高校高水平运动队管理问题研究述评

Review of Sports Team Management in Colleges Under the Circumstance of Human Resources

通过文献资料搜集,对高校高水平运动队管理方面的文献进行归纳总结,结合专家访谈意见得出:运动员和教练员的管理是高校运动队人力资源管理的核心,运动员的选材、训练管理,教练员的培养与招聘问题是问题的重点。应该建立统一的运动员选材标准与赏罚制度,教练员招募做到校内与校外相结合,建立教练员评价标准与激励机制。

The paper reviewed the study of management for the sports team of universities through the literatures analysis and the interview with the sports experts.The paper suggests that the core of the management is the management of the athletes and the coaches from the perspective of human resource management.The paper proposes that the standard criteria and procedures should be established to select the athletes and at the same time the evaluation criteria and the incentives should also be established for the coach.
