变形率对CuAlBe合金与不锈钢扩散焊接头强度的影响

摘要 针对CuAlBe 合金与不锈钢扩散连接,研究了扩散焊工艺参数对接头变形率的影响以及接头的变形率与接头强度的关系。研究结果表明:随温度、压力和时间增加,CuAlBe 合金变形率迅速增加,而1Cr18Ni9Ti 变形率较小;随变形率增加,界面紧密接触,接头强度增加;当变形率较小时界面有未焊合存在。液相扩散焊时,随变形率增加。 In the process of the diffusion welding of CuAlBe alloy and stainless steel, the effects of welding parameters on joint deformation rate and the joint deformation rate joint strength relation were studied. The results indicated that the deformation rate of CuAlBe alloy was increased rapidly, but the deformation rate of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was only increased slightly with the increasing f the welding temperature, welding pressure and welding time. With the increasing of the deformation rate, the interfaces were contacted soundly and the joint strength was increased. The lack of bonding was existed in the case of lower deformation rate. In the transient liquid bonding process, the joint strength was increased with the increase of the deformation rate.
