摘要
对汽车碰撞中对碰撞能量吸收起重要作用的典型截面的薄壁梁进行了碰撞性能的有限元仿真,并分析了仿真结果。本文讨论了建模中的单元算法选择、接触- 碰撞算法、点焊的处理和摩擦问题。本文还将有限元仿真结果和试验结果进行了比较,可以看到结果是一致的。
Spot welded thin walled beams play an important role in car crash. It is a typical energy absorbing structure during collision. A finite element model for analysis is established in this paper. Element formulation, contact impact formulation, spotweld simulation and friction are discussed. The Consensus is found by comparing simulation result and the experimental datum.
