通过正泰集团成功之路的个案研究，概括出了９０ 年代温州模式区别于８０ 年代温州模式的新特征，肯定了以正泰集团为代表的温州民营企业所走的依靠管理、科技、人才、创新求发展的道路，强调了企业家在企业发展中的关键作用，指明了民营企业进行股份制改造的方向。

Through the research for Zheng Tai Group's success,this paper describes the new characteristic of 1990s Wenzhou model different from its 1980s model.It affirms the road of Wenzhou private enterprises to be relied on management,science and technology,talents and innovate.It also stresses the key role of entrepreneurs in development of enterprises and points out the reform direction of stock system.
