在华非洲商人的双层叠加关系格局及其渗透与转化——广州地区非洲商人社会交往关系的再分析 被引量:2

摘要 在华非洲商人的社会关系区分为两个鲜明的层次:第一个层次,是亲缘、血缘之上的情感分层体系;第二个层次,是其他所有社会关系之上公平的均等的利益分层体系。在这两个层次之内又划分为若干个小的层次,两个大的层次叠加在一个时空之内,而小的层次又叠加在这两个大的层次之内,于是就形成了双层叠加的社会关系格局。这两个层次虽然泾渭分明,但它们之间也存在一定程度的渗透和转化,这种渗透和转化既有可能是第一层向第二层的退化,也有可能是第二层向第一层的推进。当第二层的关系由利益主导转变为情感主导时,则表明第二层向第一层进行了渗透;当第一层的关系由情感主导转变为利益主导时,则表明第一层开始出现了向第二层的退化。 The social relations of African businessman in China are stratified into two layers. Based on consanguinity and affinity, the first layer is emotion-oriented, while the second is equality and interest-oriented which is based on other social relations. There are several smaller layers within these two layers which are su- perimposed in the same space and time, and these smaller layers are also superimposed within the two layers. As a result, a dual-superposition pattern is formed. These two levels remain distinct, but the penetration and transformation between them also exist. The first layer may be degraded to the second layer, while the second layer may also advance to the first layer. When the interest-dominant relationship shifts to the emotion-domi- nant in the second layer, then the second layer penetrates into the first layer; when the emotion-dominant rela- tionship shifts to the interest-dominant in the first layer, then the first layer begins to degrade to the second layer.
