论新时期中喀文化交流与合作

Sino-Cameroon Cultural Exchange and Cooperation in the New Era

自20世纪70年代以来,中喀文化交流合作在30多年的历程中取得了显著的成效,双方多次签署了政府间的文化协定,双边文化互访日益增多,各种文化交流活动愈发频繁。但同时中喀文化关系也面临着民间文化交流不够、文化协定具体执行不力、中方缺乏主动性、中国对喀麦隆文化艺术研究不够等诸多问题。为切实推动中喀文化在新时期的交流与合作,除了强调民间合作、学术界的参与及加强政府投入外,建议在喀麦隆成立中国文化中心,并以孔子学院为依托培养一批喀麦隆汉学家。

Since the 1970s, many achievements have been made in the cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Cameroon ： there are a series of inter-governmental cultural agreements, more and more bilateral exchange of visits, and increasing cultural exchange activities. But at the same time, many problems a- rose in Sino-Cameroon cultural relations： there lacks people-to-people cultural exchange, the agreements have not been resolutely put into practice; Chinese government hasn＇ t taken the initiative, and there lacks profound related academic research, etc. fxx order, to promote Sino-Cameroon cultural exchange and cooperation in the new era, this article puts forward a suggestion that apart from emphasizing people-to-people cooperation, the participation of academia, and the increase of government financial investment, Chinese government shall establish a Chinese culture centre in Cameroon, and cultivate a batch of native Chinese scholars on the basis of Confucius Institute.
