先天性多发性关节挛缩症的影像学表现

摘要 先天性多发性关节挛缩症（AMC）是一种少见先天性疾病,以四肢关节挛缩畸形为特征,且出生时即呈现多关节挛缩[1-4],最常见为足内翻畸形,也伴其他多关节畸形或脊柱侧弯等.AMC病因不明,有神经性、感染性和宫内压迫等学说[5-6].2009年9月13日至26日我院举办的＂慈善义诊＂活动中收治了来自各地的AMC病例共16例,临床及影像资料完整,现分析如下.
