摘要
从产品开发过程的认知模型出发，系统地分析了并行工程中冲突产生的背景，指出引发冲突的五种原因，并提出了目的性与层次性相结合的冲突协调策略。文中对目的性策略和层次性策略作了详细的讨论。
On the basis of cognitive model of product development process, the reasons which lead to conflict are analyzed in detail. A kind of conflict coordination strategy, combining intention and stratification, is given. The intention strategy and stratification strategy are also discussed.
