热还原生成法制备Al_2O_3/Cu自生复合材料的研究 被引量:2

On Production of Al 2O 3/Cu Com posites by Thermal Reducing Reaction Processing

摘要 从化学反应热力学和动力学的角度,对 Cu2 O Al二元体系反应过程进行了研究,提出了用热还原生成法制备 Al2 O3/ Cu 自生复合材料的新方法,并通过基本实验和采用多种分析手段,对此方法进行了初步验证,同时制备出了此复合材料。 Al 2O 3 /Cu matrix composites in the conventional despersion strengthened (DS) copper made by interanl oxidation, coprecipitaiton, and mechanical mixing are studied. If the composites could be made by a casting process, there would be a great reduction in the manufacturing costs. Thermal reducing reaction processing is am in situvreaction prior to casting method. The processing has been used to produce A1 matrix composites. In this paper, we use thermal reducint reaction processing to prepare DS copper ingots and alanyse probability of production of DS copper by the processing in Cu Cu 2O Al three componment system by chemical therodynamics and dynamics methods. In the meantime, we use SEM, χ ray diffraction methods to reaserch the material. The results show that, the production of DS copper by thermal reducing reaction is feasibility. Improtant findings are that :①Al 2O 3 dispersive particles (<1μm) have successfully been generted in copper by the processing.② Temperature turning point of thermal softening of the DS copper by the processing increases from 150℃ to 320℃ with increasing content of 0~0.22wt% Al 2O 3 particles. Property of the DS copper by the processing is equal to one of the CuBe2CoNi alloy.③ The density of the DS copper casting ingots is 8.665g/cm 3(about 97.3% of the theoretical density of the DS copper). It shows that the porosity of the DS copper ingots is little.
