输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石104例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Transureteroscopic Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treanment of Ureteral Calculus

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床效果。方法对2008年1月至2011年1月在惠州市第三人民医院就诊的输尿管中下段结石患者104例,应用硬性输尿管镜和腔内气压弹道碎石机,在结石部位进行碎石。结果本组104例患者中,痊愈64例(61.54%),有效35例(33.65%),失败5例(4.81%),碎石成功率95.19%。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To probe the clinical effects of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculus.Methods To the 104 patients who got ureteral calculus and treated in our hospital,by the using of rigid ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy to process lithotripsy.Results In this group which includes 104 patients,64 cases were healed,35cases were effective and 5 cases were fail,the success rate were 95.19%.Conclusions Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy was highly effective and safety for the treatment of ureteral calculus.
