摘要
目的对诊断肾脏淋巴瘤时的临床CT影像学检查特点进行分析总结。方法对15例经过临床手术或者穿刺病理证实为了肾脏淋巴瘤的临床CT影像学表现进行回顾性的分析。应用GE BrightSpeed 8排螺旋CT机,对患者进行平扫加增强扫描以及动脉期加实质期的扫描,并对患者肾脏淋巴瘤的CT检查的间接征象以及直接征象进行总结分析。结果 15例患者通过CT检查之后均出现了比较明显的直接征象以及不同程度的间接征象。结论临床肾脏淋巴瘤CT影像学检查的诊断以及其鉴别诊断除了有较为明显的直接征象以外,同时其典型的间接征象对于临床诊断也有着较为重要的意义,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective The clinical diagnosis of renal lymphoma CT imaging features were analyzed and summarized.Methods 15 patients after surgery or biopsy confirmed the clinical renal lymphoma for CT imaging were retrospectively analyzed.Application of GE BrightSpeed 8 spiral CT machine,the patients and the plain and enhanced scan add substantial period of arterial scan and CT examination in patients with renal lymphoma as well as indirect signs of direct signs were analyzed.Results 15 patients,after checking through CT there are obvious direct signs and different levels of indirect signs.Conclusions CT imaging of renal lymphoma diagnosis and differential diagnosis in addition to the more obvious direct signs outside,while its typical indirect signs for clinical diagnosis also has more significance,is worthy of clinical reference applications.
