摘要
在外加间歇交变纵向磁场作用下 L D10 C S铝合金 He T I G 焊接条件下,通过对焊缝及热影响区组织的分析,研究了这种电磁搅拌方法对铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律,探讨了电磁搅拌提高 L D10 C S铝合金焊接接头塑、韧性的机理。本研究为深入了解电磁搅拌的物理机制奠定了基础。
By the metallographic examination of the structure in the He TIG welds and HAZ of LD10CS aluminum alloy with longitudinal intermittent reversible controlling magnetic field,the effect of the electromagnetic stirring on the solidification structure and mechanical properties is studied ,and the mechanism for the electromagnetic stirring improving the ductility and toughness of LD10CS aluminum welds is discussed.The research is improtant to study the physical mechanism of magnetical control and welding.
