车用发动机活塞稳定工况温度测量

Temperature Measurement of Car Engine Piston in Steady Running State

采用温度记忆螺钉法对桑塔纳汽车发动机活塞顶部与裙部温度进行了测定，分析了测试结果，并与有限元计算所得结果进行了比较。该法测活塞温度无需引线及专用设备，简便易行、成本较低，具有实用性。

The temperature of top and skirt of the piston of SANTANA engine is measured by using temperature memory screw, the results are analyzed, and agree with the calculated results of FEM. In this measuring method, there is no need of wires and special equipment, so it is a cnvenient and cheap method to be carried out.
