薯蓣皂苷片治疗慢性肾脏疾病血脂异常的临床研究

Clinical Research of Shuyuzaogan in Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chronic Kidney Disease

目的评价薯蓣皂苷片治疗慢性肾脏疾病合并高脂血症有效性及安全性。方法 206慢性肾脏疾病合并高脂血症患者,按照随机数字表的方式随机分为2组,治疗组104例给予基础治疗及薯蓣皂苷片治疗,对照组102例则在基础治疗基础上加服安慰剂,疗程8周。检测2组患者服药前后血脂指标、血液流变学指标、氧化应激指标。结果治疗组治疗后血TG、TC、LDL-c较对照组及治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),HDL则显著上升,血液流变学指标及氧化应激指标显著改善(P<0.05)。结论薯蓣皂苷片能显著调节慢性肾脏疾病血脂水平,改善血液流变学、减轻氧化应激。治疗期间仅个别病例有轻微上腹不适,安全性较好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuyuzaogan Tablet for the chronic renal disease associated with hyperlipemia.Methods 206 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly by random number table.Treatment group was given to fundamental therapy plus ShuYuZaoGan Tablet,while control group was only treated with fundamental therapy for 8 weeks.Index of blood Lipid、hemarheology and oxidatie stress were detected before and after treatment in 8 weeks.Results TG,TG,LDL-c were lower markedly in treatment group after treatment,and HDL-c was higher than before.hemarheology and oxidatie stress were improved significantly too after treatment,when comparing with control group.Conclusions Clinical research indicates that shuyuzaogan tablet can regulate blood Lipid notably,it also can improve index of hemarheology and oxidatie stress.There were only several patients having epigastric discomfort during treatment therapeutic process.
