关节镜手术治疗踝关节撞击症的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Impingement Syndromes of Dashing of Ankle Treated by Arthroscopic

目的观察关节镜手术治疗踝关节撞击症的临床效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法选取惠州市第一人民医院自2006年3月至2010年4月收治的108例踝关节撞击症患者随机分为观察组(关节镜治疗组)和对照组(保守治疗组)各54例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组达优者37例,良15例,可2例,优良率为96.3%;对照组达优者14例,良22例,可15例,差3例,优良率为66.7%。两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义。观察组患者术后出现针道感染2例,距下关节疼痛1例,经对应治疗后缓解,无其他并发症发生。结论采用关节镜手术治疗踝关节撞击症较保守治疗效果理想,但应注意术后并发症情况。

Objective To observe the arthroscopic treatment of ankle impingement syndrome in the clinical effects and improve the level of clinical treatment.Methods In Huizhou the First People＇ Hospital from March 2006 ~ April 2010 108 patients were treated ankle impingement syndrome were randomly divided into two groups（arthroscopic group） and control group（conservative treatment group） of the 54 patients,compared two groups patient outcomes.Results The group of excellent in 37 cases,good in 15 cases and 2 cases,the fine rate was 96.3%;control group,14 cases of excellent,good in 22 cases,15 cases can be,poor in 3 cases,the fine rate was 66.7%.Significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance.The patients postoperative pin tract infection in 2 cases,1 case of subtalar joint pain,the corresponding remission after treatment,no other complications occurred.Conclusion The use of arthroscopic surgery for ankle impingement syndrome treatment compared with conservative ideals,it should be noted postoperative complications.
