构建以工程素质为取向的煤炭高校机械类人才培养模式的研究与实践

Exploration and Practice in Mechanical Talents Training Mode with the Orientation of Engineering Ability in Coal Universities

在以工程素质为取向的教育理念指导下,本文以机械类学生工程创新素质培养为研究目标,以机械工程教育改革的"三大教学体系"为研究实施框架,建立了"课堂教学为基础、实践环节为支撑、科研训练为依托、竞赛活动为引导"的机械工程教育培养模式。从修订教学培养方案、建设校内外工程实践基地、开展大学生课外实践活动等方面,积极推进机械工程教育教学改革,有效提高了机械工程教育教学质量。

With the objective to improve the engineering ability and innovation ability of mechanical students, the authors have established a mechanical talents training mode. Its implementation frame is three teaching systems. And its base is lecture, practice, scientific research and competition. The authors have revised the teaching plan of mechanical engineering speciality,es- tablished several practical bases in university and out university, and organized many practical activities out classroom. The me- chanical engineering education reforms by authors have improved the quality of education efficiently.
