随着会计专业学生毕业人数的增多和就业人数的相对减少,综合素质的培养成为高校教育研讨的重要话题,除加强理论知识外,实践创业能力更显重要。网上模拟公司实习方式是培养实践创业能力的一种全新方法。这种实习方式具体分为四个阶段:策划创建、注册登记、运营管理和运营总结。本文通过对广西大学行健文理学院会计专业学生的实践与效果的介绍,可以看出这种实习方式加强了会计专业学生的实践创业能力,为将来的就业打下了良好的基础。

With the accounting graduates＇increasing and the employments＇ decreasing, comprehensive quality of college education discussion is becoming an important topic. Besides strengthening theoretical knowledge, strengthening practice ability is more important. The simulation company online is a new approach to train the practice and entrepreneurship ability. This approach is divided into four stages： planning, registration,operation management and operation summary. Through the introduction of the effect in Xingjian College,we can see this approach strengthens the practice and entrepreneurship ability of accounting students, and makes a good foundation for future employment.
