This paper provides an introduction of the structure and principle of the fault diagnosis device of the hydrolic system of big comstruction machinery, whose key componet is 8032 single chip computer. The system can automatically perform the collaction of data, transfer, diagnosis, the location of the fault and the repair methods, and also print out the result.
