加强高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的思考

高校思想政治理论课"05方案"实施以来,高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍状况有了明显的改善,但面对新形势,仍存在教师数量不足、教师负担过重、缺乏中青年骨干带头人、科研水平偏低、教学技能和水平有待提高等问题。加强高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,必须加强领导,加强学科建设和加大师资的培训力度,优化思想政治理论课教师队伍的结构,并提高师资的教学和科研水平。

Since the ＂05 Scheme＂of .ideological and political theory courses in higher colleges has been implementing,there has been an obvious improvement for its faculty construction in higher vocational colleges However,in face of the new and chan- ging situation,problems like teacher shortage,low level of scientific research, teaching skills and performances being further enhanced, and lack of young teaching backbones still exist. In order to solve the above issues, it is necessary to strengthen the con- struction of teaching staff and the leadership further, meanwhile to strengthen discipline construction and teachers training through optimizing the structure of teacher team of ideological and political theory and raising the level of teaching and the sci- entific research in higher vocational colleges.
