摘要
江苏LNG外输管道工程如东县洋口港管线桥防腐管外防腐采用环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、耐候氟碳面漆三层结构复合涂层,外防腐涂层的质量直接关系到天然气管道的长期有效安全稳定运行,也决定着管线的使用年限,而不同的外防腐施工工艺直接决定着涂层的质量和工期。作者在江苏LNG外输管道工程管线桥防腐管道施工过程中,对施工中存在的一些问题进行了工艺上的改进,形成了新的施工工艺,大大提高了施工速度和工程质量。
In the Jiangsu LNG transmission pipeline project, the three -ply composite coating is applied on the line pipe of the pipeline bridge at Yangkou Harbor of Rudong County. The three - ply coating is composed of the epoxy zinc - rich primer, the epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coating and the weather- resistant fluorocarbon top coating. The quality of the external coating substantially affects the long - term safety, effective and constant operation of the gas pipeline and it will determine the service life of the pipeline. However, the different coating application processes will directly affect the coating quality and construction period. The paper introduces the improvement on the construction process to speed up the construction and improve the coating quality.
