乳腺鳞状细胞癌1例

摘要女性患者，32岁，因右侧乳房肿块1年余入院。查体：一般情况可，右侧乳房外侧触及约5cm×4cm的肿块1个，表面光滑，无压痛，右腋下淋巴结多个肿大。于2009年12月2日手术，术中冰冻切片报告：恶性肿瘤。行右侧乳癌根治术及右腋窝淋巴结清扫。
