摘要
阐述了共振解调器的基本原理,基于此原理研制出了共振解调器,成功地从强大的背景噪声中提取了具有冲击性特征的轴承故障信号,使得滚动轴承的即时在线监测成为可能,并在轧钢机滚动轴承的在线监测中得以成功应用。
The basic principle on resonance demodulation is stated in this paper. Resonance demodulator was developed on the principle. Impulsive failure signal was extracted from the powerful background noise, thus making possible the monitoring of the rolling bearing state. It is applied to the rolling state monitoring of rolling mill.
