摘要
目的建立面肌痉挛的动物模型后给予立体定向放射外科治疗,探讨立体定向放射外科治疗面肌痉挛的可行性。方法应用新西兰大白兔30只建立面肌痉挛动物模型。模型成功后分为3组,分别给予20、40、70Gy剂量照射病变部位,分别在术后1、2个月应用电生理检测面神经功能的变化。结果 40Gy照射2个月后异常肌反应消失。结论立体定向放射外科可用来治疗面肌痉挛,2个月后可见效果。
Objective To investigate the animal models of Hemifacial spasm(HFS) and giving stereotactic radiosurgery treatment,explore stereotactic radiosurgery treatment the feasibility of HFS.Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbit were animal models of Hemi-facial spasm by operative procedure.Models were divided into three groups,and were given respectively 20,40,70Gy doses of radiation in the lesion site.Observe the change of facial nerve function by electro-physiology detection after,1,2 months.Results After two months,abnormal muscle responses(AMR) of 40Gy group disappear.Conclusion Stereotactic radiosurgery can be used to treat HFS,and visible effect after two months.
