寻求公益与效益的平衡——透视当前殡葬改革

Seeking Public Welfare and Benefit Balance—— From current funeral and burial reform perspective

殡葬改革工作虽已取得了长足的进展,但仍然存在诸多问题,引发公众对其公益性质疑。理应进一步深化殡葬管理体制改革:明确政府在殡葬事业中的角色定位;构建全新的殡葬事业管理经营体制;规范殡葬服务市场,强化殡葬行业监管;改善落后殡葬习俗,推行文明生态殡葬;夯实殡葬执法队伍,提高从业人员素质,实现公益与效益的平衡。

Although funeral reform has made considerable progress, but there are still many problems,which leads public challenges to its public welfare. It behooves us to deepen the funeral management system： to clear government role in the funeral business;to build a new funeral business administration management system; to standard funeral service market, to strengthen the supervision of the funeral industry; to improve backward funeral practices, to implement ecological civilization funeral; to enhance funeral law enforcement personnel, and to improve the quality of employees to achieve balance between public interest and benefit.
