高校本科专业课程体系建设以培养满足国家和社会发展需要的高素质专门人才为目标,对建立突出能力培养的课程标准,规范课程教学的基本要求,提高课程教学质量具有重要意义。将SWOT与基准分析相结合,从分析管理科学专业毕业生就业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁入手,以坚持专业特色和培养职业兴趣相结合为思路,构建本科管理科学专业课程体系。

The goal of university＇s undergraduate curriculum system construction is to cultivate high-quality talents for the needs of the country and society development.And it is also of great importance to set up curriculum standards stressing on the ability training,standardize the teaching,and improve teaching quality.The paper combines SWOT and Benchmarking to analyze the strength,weakness opportunity and threat of university graduates＇ employment.Finally the paper establishes the curriculum system of major in Management Science with the thought of combining the specialty characteristics and cultivating career interests.
