摘要
19世纪70年代,刚经历了明治维新的日本,为加速经济发展,提高国内农业近代化水平,不惜花费重金雇佣外国专家赴日,指导技术改良和培养科技文化人才。在这一大环境下,一大批来自中国的优秀农业技师受雇赴日,指导日本的农业技术改良。宁波人陆亨瑞、仇金宝便是这一时期受雇赴日的中国农业技师,他们受日本驻上海总领事品川忠道推荐赴日,并成功地将当时处于世界领先水平的江南人工孵化技术传至日本,为日本家禽养殖的产业近代化作出了巨大贡献。
In 1870s, in order to accelerate its domestic agricultural modernization, Japan economic development and improve the level of which just experienced the Meiji Restoration spent huge sums of money without hesitation hiring foreign experts to Japan to direct the technological improvement and train the local scientific and cultural talents. In this context, a large number of excellent Chinese technicians were hired to Japan. Among them, Mr. Lu Hengrui and Mr. Qiu Jinbao from Ningbo were recommended by Shinagawa Tadamichi, the Japanese Consul General in Shanghai. They successfully introduced the Jiangnan artificial hatching technology which was at the world-leading level at that time to Japan, so as to make great contributions to the modernization of Japan's poultry breeding industry.
