果糖与高尿酸血症、代谢综合征及肾脏疾病的关系

摘要
果糖广泛存在于甘蔗、甜菜、蜂蜜和大多数水果中,谷物中也含有少量果糖。果糖比蔗糖甜,是所有单糖中最甜的1种,故人类食用果糖的历史源远流长。
