华能瑞金电厂清水混凝土的施工质量控制

The Construction Quality Control of As-cast-finish Concrete in Huaneng Rinjin Power Plant

结合华能瑞金电厂土建工程实践,探讨分析了清水混凝土的质量标准和施工工艺,提出了清水混凝土常见质量缺陷及控制措施,并对施工工序进行了全过程预控,保证了清水混凝土构件色泽一致、平整美观、尺寸准确。

Combining with the project practice of Huaneng Rinjin Power Plant,the quality standards and technology of as-cast-finish concrete have been pointed out,the common quality shortage and preventive measures of as-cast-finish concrete are also given.The construction procedures of the whole process have been predicted control,so as to ensure a uniform colour of the concrete and a smooth and good looking surface and accurate dimensions as well.
