摘要
人力资源管理是实现企业目标的重要手段,在新形势下,现代企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中,求得生存与发展,就必须不断完善对人力资源的管理:提高经营管理水平,提高组织运作效率和员工个人的绩效水平,从传统的人事管理中转变出来。积极利用"晕轮效应"与人力资源管理之间的联系,制定人力资源管理的新体制,把人力资源管理放在企业管理中的突出位置,让其作用充分发挥出来,促进企业不断发展壮大。
Human resources management is an important means of achieving the objectives of the enterprise.Under the new situation,if the modern enterprises want to succeed in the fierce market competition,to obtain the survival and the development,they must continue to improve the management of human resources:enhance the management level,improve the organizational efficiency and the performance of individual employees and transform from the traditional personnel management changes.In this case,they have to use the link between the "Halo Effect" and the human resources management actively,formulate a new human resources management system,put it in a prominent position in enterprise management,let its function fully display,promote enterprises growing much stronger.
