行动学习的理论发展及应用要点探讨 被引量:5

摘要 行动学习法是近年来被国内乃至世界各大型企业竞相应用的新兴人力资源开发(HRD)方法,以其与传统授课培训模式截然不同的实践形式而著名,多用于领导力开发领域,且获得了良好收效。通过对国内外行动学习法相关文献的研究,以时间为线索,综述了行动学习理论的起源,发展及现状,然后结合实际,简要总结了行动学习法在企业中的应用要点。
