摘要
本文报道液氮温度下a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)(x=0,4,10,20)和Fe_(90-y)Cr_yZr_(10)(y=4,7,13,16)系列合金的穆斯堡尔谱,结果表明,上述合金存在两种不同的磁状态,它们的超精细参数随3d过渡金属的平均外层电子数α的变化曲线在α=8附近存在异常现象,这体现了低Co,Cr的a-Fe-(Co,Cr)-Zr合金的invar效应,约化超精细场随约化温度的变化结果表明了a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)(x=10,20)具有铁磁行为和在a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)(x=0,4)中类自旋玻璃行为的存在,本文还提出了一种新的a-TM-(过渡金属)-Zr合金的磁结构模型,并对其进行了详细的讨论。
In this paper, the Mossbauer spectra of a-Fe90-xCoxZr10 (x = 0,4,10,20) and Fe90-yCry Zr10 (y= 4,7,13,16) alloys were studied at 77K. The results indicate that two different magnetic states exist in a-Fe-(Co, Cr)-Zr alloys, the dependence of hyperfine parameters on the average outer electron concentration a of the 3d TM atom show anomalies in the vicinity of a = 8, which implies the invar effect of a-Fe90Zr10 and a-Fe-(Co, Cr)-Zr with low Ca(Cr). The reduced temperature dependence of the reduced hyperfine field reveal the existence of amorphous ferromagnetism in a-Fe90-xCoxZr10 (x = 10, 20) and the spin-grass-like behavior in a-Fe90-xCox Zr10 (x = 0,4). A new magnetic structure model are suggested and discussed.
