摘要
随着光纤激光器的激光输出功率及光束质量的不断提高,大功率光纤激光器的应用领域不断拓展。组束技术是提高光纤激光器输出功率的有效方法。分析了非相干组束和相干组束的理论,并进行数值仿真。综述相干组束技术的最新发展,对光纤激光器相干组束的研究具有参考价值。
With the increase of output power and beam quality of fiber laser,the applications of high power fiber laser continue to expand.The beam combining technology is an effective way for increasing the output power of fiber laser.The theories of non-coherent beam combination and coherent beam combination are analyzed,and the numerical simulation is done.The new progress of coherent beam combination is summarized,which offers the reference to the coherent beam combination of fiber laser.
