摘要
采用电流互感器、电压互感器和单片机等部件构建了具有经济实用特征的智能单相电机保护器,介绍了工作原理、电路组成及软件设计流程。设计中充分利用了STC12C5A60S2单片机的超强抗干扰性及控制精确的特点,与典型的直流采样电路相结合,可在工作电流或电压超出给定的范围时,快速切断电机电源并报警,使该保护器具有电路结构简单、反应速度快、稳定可靠等优点,可应用于电压波动较大、无人看管的工作环境。
The intelligent single-phase motor protector is constructed by current transformator,voltage transformator and single-chip microcomputer.Its working principle,circuit composing and software design flow are introduced.The design uses the characteristics of super anti-jamming and precise control for STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer.Combining DC sampling circuit,the protector can cut off the power supply quickly and alarm when the operating current of voltage exceed the given ranges.It has the advantages of simple configuration,quick reaction,stabilization and reliability,so it can be applied to the voltage fluctuation and unwatched environment.
