摘要
医疗资源分布不均和使用不均造成了我国医疗卫生发展极不均衡,区域范围内的医疗质量和服务水平差距巨大,"看病难、看病贵"成为社会生活中的突出问题。本文通过对传统医疗服务模式的弊端进行分析,提出构建区域协同医疗服务模式,以完善公共卫生管理体系,缩小地区间资源配置,满足人民健康需求,实现社会和谐发展。
The imbalanced distribution of medical resources and the imbalanced application may cause the great imbalance in our medical health development. There is a big gap of medical quality and service level in regions and so is the out-standing problem of ＂difficult in seeking medical care and costly in seeing a doctor＂. The writers analyze the malpractice in the mode of traditional medical service, put forward the construction of regional medical service mode of cooperation so as to perfect management system of public health, narrow regional resources allocation, meet people the health needs and realize the harmonious development in the society.
