This paper gives its own opinion concerning how to carry out asset inventories work from the detailed description of the three aspects,including daily management of physical assets,physical goods inspection,sharing and conversion of the asset data information;taking advantage of advanced technologies such as： bar code technology;mobile computing and bar code technology combined,powerful function of data import and export,to achieve seamless connectivity with the inventory system of the finance ministry,so that we can complete the asset inventory work successfully.
