改变传统的教学模式,实行鞭毛染色开放性实验教学,让学生有足够的时间共同探讨和研究,培养其创新能力和实践能力,提高鞭毛染色的教学效果,有利于准确分类鉴定鞭毛细菌,对微生物学科的研究发展起着极其重大的意义。
By changing traditional instruction,achieving the open the teaching of flagella dyeing.Let them have enough time to explore and study and cultivate innovative and practical ability,to improve dyeing effect,for accurate classification identification of bacteria flagella.This has significant on Biological sciences research development.
