On the Advantages and Disadvantages and Countermeasures of the Development of Family Business in Huaihua

当前怀化市家族企业在怀化的国民经济中具有举足轻重地位和作用,然而,由于产权不清晰和管理权过于集中等特点,在一定程度上制约了怀化市家族企业的进一步发展,以怀化市H集团为例,探讨了怀化市家族企业发展中的优势和劣势并提出了相应解决对策,以期为怀化市家族企业发展提供参考。

Family business in Huaihua plays an important rote in the national economy currently, however, due to unclear property rights and centralized authority, it restricted the further development of family business to some extent. Based on a case analysis of Huaihua H Group, the author of this article discusses the strengths and weaknesses of Huaihua family business and suggests the corresponding countermeasures to the development of family businesses.
