On the Significance of Respecting and Protecting the right to existence for Constructing Harmonious Society

和谐社会必然以尊重和保障人权为基础,生存权作为所有公民均享有维持健康且文化性的最低限度生活的权利,位居人权之首,因而尊重与保障公民生存权是构筑和谐社会的重要基石。和谐社会具体展现为人与人的和谐、人与自然的和谐以及人与自身的和谐三重维度,尊重与保障公民生存权有助于实现人与人、人与自然乃至人与自身的和谐。

Harmonious society inevitably regards respecting and ensuring human rights as a foundation,right to existence situating the first place of the human rights is a healthy,cultural and the minimum right which all citizens are entitled to enjoy and maintain,thus respecting and protecting the citizens＇right to existence is an important cornerstone to build a harmonious society.Harmonious society displays specifically three dimensions,that is to say,harmony between human and human,harmony between human and nature as well as harmony between human and itself,respecting and protecting the citizens＇right to existence contributes to realizing harmony between human and human,harmony between human and nature as well as harmony between human and itself.
