The internet,because of its unique mode of transmission and characteristics,opens new areas and provides a new platform for the ideological and political work of college students.At the same time it also proposes severe challenges for the ideological and political workers.Based on the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of network ideological and political work,the study explores the basic principles which the college tutors should follow in developing the network ideological and political work.
